Luca Caloni

Luca’s research focuses on testing fundamental physics through the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation. He works on constraining light relics through the angular power spectrum of the CMB. He is interested in the interplay between particle physics and cosmology, with the aim of constraining the properties of elementary particles (such as axions) through the CMB. Luca successfully defended his PhD thesis in Ferrara in March 2023.
