Next: Soft-Gamma-ray Repeaters
Previous: Fluence Distribution
In this chapter two kinds of transient events detected with the GRBM
other than GRBs are reported: Soft-Gamma-ray Repeaters (SGRs)
and solar hard X-ray flares. Both sections begin with an
introduction about the main characteristics of the
transient bursts, these sources, SGRs and Sun respectively,
are responsible for.
