Registration & Abstracts

Please note that we are still accepting pre-registrations from people intending to attend in person. These will be put on a waiting list and seats offered as they become available, following the pre-registration order, up to April 24th. Due to COVID restrictions still being enforced in Italy, we cannot guarantee that your pre-registration will be accepted.

Please note that there is a registration fee (of 250 euros). Coffee breaks and lunches (for May 23rd, 24th and 26th) and a welcome “aperitivo” on Tuesday May 24th will be provided free of charge. A social dinner will be organised on Thursday May 26 and will cost 50 euros. Upon acceptance of registration, a link will be provided to pay for the fee, the social dinner and the excursion on Wednesday, May 24th. Accepted participants will be asked to pay the fee within April 1st or a week from notification, whichever comes later. A link will be provided by email.

Registration for remote attendees are now also open. Please fill the form here.

Please note: Pre-register for remote attendance only interested in attending the meeting remotely, possibly as a backup solution in case you won’t make it through the waiting list for physical attendance. Use this link instead to be put in waiting list for physical attendance. It is OK to pre-register for both physical and remote attendance, with an implicit priority for the former. Please note that, once accepted, remote participants will be asked to pay a fee, not exceeding 50 euros, to cover streaming related costs.

Please not that we are no more accepting abstracts for the workshop.


Cancelation, modification and refund policy

Cancellations and modifications (from physical to remote attendance) must be notified as soon as possible to the Administrative Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it). Our cancellation policy is the following (the dates refer to the notification e-mail):

Up 2nd May, 2022, included:

In case of change from physical to remote participation, the difference between the physical and remote fees will be reimbursed, minus a possible (small) processing fee.
In case of cancellation, 80% of the fee paid will be reimbursed.

Since 3rd May, 2022:

No modification will be possible, and no reimbursement provided for fees already paid.
