pre-SAGA Events

Sometimes it happens that the ratemeters are subjected to sudden increases when the satellite approaches the SAGA (fig. [*]). These events are not frequent and are thought to be caused by huge charged particles' concentrations in the vicinities of the SAGA: when the satellite enters this regions, that only occasionally show such high-energy particle densities, these outstanding increases in the ratemeters are recorded.
