The channeling and radiation models have been implemented into Geant4 and released within Geant4-11.2.0.beta version! The source code is placed in: geant4-v11.2.0.beta/source/parameterisations/channeling/It includes channeling model in a crystal either straight or bent and a radiation model exploiting the Baier-Katkov method.
Submission into the Geant4 release
The channeling and radiation models have been submitted into the Geant4 kernel for the next Geant4 beta release! Thanks a lot to the Geant4 Collaboration for support!
