Available Hardware
The COKA Cluster is made up of one master node acting as a login front-end and 4 compute nodes named:
node01, node02, node03, node04
Each node is a Supermicro SYS-4028GR-TR equipped with a X10DRG-O+-CPU motherboard.
Each node embed:
- 2 x Intel Xeon CPUs
- 8 x NVIDIA K80 GPUs
- 2 x Mellanox ConnectX-3 Single FDR 56Gb/s Infiniband cards
Intel Xeon E5-2630v3
Each node has two sockets, each equipped with an:
NVIDIA K80
Each Cluster Node hosts 8 x NVIDIA K80 boards and each board hosts 2 actual GPUs, for a total of 16 CUDA devices.
Mellanox ConnectX-3
Each node has two MT27500 Family [ConnectX-3] Infiniband HCA:
