An updated version of the code that enables the interference effects in the Geant4 model of Rayleigh (coherent) scattering of x-ray photons has been developed. The code and related instructions for use with Geant4 versions prior to 10.7 can be found at the following link: http://www.fe.infn.it/medical_physics/Geant4/Rayleigh_MI/. 

Finally, the code has been included in the official release of Geant4 (10.7 and later) and can be used following the istructions reported in the PhysicsReferenceManual (https://geant4-userdoc.web.cern.ch/UsersGuides/PhysicsReferenceManual/fo/PhysicsReferenceManual.pdf) at pag 28-30.
