The code that enables the interference effects in the model of Rayleigh (coherent) scattering of x-ray photons has been included in the official release of Geant4 (10.7 and later) and can be used following the istructions reported in the PhysicsReferenceManual (https://geant4-userdoc.web.cern.ch/UsersGuides/PhysicsReferenceManual/fo/PhysicsReferenceManual.pdf) at pag 28-30.
