In this page, we collect published strong lensing models and
redshift catalogs for a number of CLASH and Hubble Frontier Fields (HFF) clusters. Most of these clusters are part of the CLASH-VLT
ESO Large Programme, significantly enhanced with archival
VLT/MUSE
data. HST data are part of the CLASH or HFF programs. Lens models information is
provided in HFF format. References for lens models and
redshift catalogs are provided below. Please quote the papers below when using these data.
May 2024: A new lens model for the HFF cluster MACS1149 has been published in Schuldt et al. (2024, arXiv:2405.12287). Follow the link in the MACS1149 cluster session below for lens model information.
Apr 2023: A new user interface, called SLOT (Strong Lensing On-line Tool) to the most recent lens models for MACS0416 and A2744 is now available.
Mar 2023: A new lens model for the HFF cluster Abell 2744,exploiting JWST observations from the GLASS and UNCOVER programs, and new MUSE observations, has been published in Bergamini et al. 2023b. Follow the link in the A2744 cluster session below for lens model information.
Sep 2022: A new lens model for MACS J0416, based on the largest sample of spectroscopic multiple images to date, has been published in Bergamini et al. 2023a. Follow the link in the MACS0416 cluster session below for lens model information.
Nov 2020: A new lens model for MACS J0416 based on the MUSE Deep Lensed Field (MDLF) (Vanzella et al 2020) has been published in Bergamini et al. 2021. Follow the link in the MACS0416 cluster session below for lens model information.
Dec 2019: Enhanced lens models for MACS J1206, MACS J0416 and AS1063,
which include prior information from measured cluster galaxy
kinematics, have been published in Bergamini et al. 2019. Follow the link in the individual cluster
sessions below for lens model information.
